    Subscriptions or in-app purchases for our meditation and therapy app are non-refundable. However, we are committed to resolving technical issues to ensure a seamless experience.

  3. Workshops and Webinars

    • Cancellation: You may cancel your registration for a workshop or webinar up to 48 hours before the event to receive a full credit toward future events. No refunds will be issued.
    • No-Show Policy: No refunds or credits will be provided for missed workshops or webinars without prior cancellation.
  4. Interactive Quizzes and Digital Tools
    Purchases of quizzes, assessments, or debt management tools are final. If you experience any technical problems, we will work to resolve them promptly.

  5. Custom Services (Counseling Sessions)

    • Rescheduling: Counseling sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
    • Missed Appointments: No refunds or rescheduling will be allowed for missed sessions without prior notice.
